The evaluation of the Equity Learning Lab was conducted by Mathematica, via extensive interviews with organizational staff that participated in the ELL. Mathematica also produced the organizational profiles and videos featuring a sample of the participating organizations and their reflections and thoughts.
Final Report
This summative evaluation report describes the impact of the ELL on funded partners’ progress in embedding equity in their organizations, and the plans participants have to continue this work into the future. The report also contains lessons and recommendations for the broader field about promoting and building capacity for organizational equity.
This video features a compilation of thoughts and reflections from the leaders of participating organizations and members of the ELL Hub on the value and impact of the ELL.
It was really valuable to engage in peer learning – to hear about the equity journeys of other institutions that were part of the ELL and what they were learning.
